Service department did an amazing job for me. Staff was extremely friendly and were very honest about what my issue was. Highly reccomend.

I wanted to share this experience as it relates to excellent service from Oxmoor Hyundai. We bought a vehicle and a Hyundai dealership north of Chicago. A Sonata hybrid to be exact. We were on our way to Knoxville Tennessee to visit family and look at property. We got off of the highway because of a rainstorm from tropical storm Nate which was one of the worst rainstorms I was ever in. The road was flooded and we drove right into a pothole at the bottom of the exit ramp going to Louisville while we were looking for a hotel. It destroyed the driver side tires and one of the wheels plus the left side of the front bumper. We had it towed to Oxmoor Hyundai by AAA. On Monday morning big Jim Upton already had the vehicle on the rack. The wheel had to be ordered and both tires were special order plus the bumper had to be repaired and painted. They had gotten that done in 4 days. They knew we were stranded in Louisville and went above and beyond putting our vehicle before others. Big Jim Upton also noticed that there was an open recall on our hybrid Sonata and took care of that while it was up on the rack. I appreciate the professionalism and constant communication by the service department i.e. Jim Upton who contacted me several times a day every day the vehicle was in their care. Jim also notice that the brakes had severe damage from salt on the roads up here in Chicago. We had those breaks supposedly inspected by the Hyundai dealership here where we bought the vehicle. We told them we were going through the mountains and we wanted the brakes in tip top shape. Jim Sent me several pictures of the brakes which the rotors were pitted and scored, the brake pads were damaged from the rotors being so raggedy. We had those rotors and pads changed while the vehicle was up in the air being worked on. I want to thank Oxmoor Hyundai and especially Jim Upton for making our situation better than it could of been. Jim Upton is a consummate professional and deserves recognition for that. Thank you!
Everyone was easy to work with. No pressure to buy. Would return to do business with them again. Have had 3 people who had a Hyundai tell me they really like the car.
