Was a good experience but was told something that wasn't true about car payment was told had a free month other than that it was an excellent experience very trained sale person the whole staff was friendly and courteous

After having a horrible experience at another dealership the weekend before going Oxmoor Hyundai I was hesitant of what to expect. The salesman, Alex and the sales manager, Terry were absolutely amazing. I got exactly what I wanted in a car and they worked with me to get the payment I wanted!! I will encourage all of my friends to go visit Alex for their next new car.

Had a bad experience to start when we purchased the car and Cody Willoughby, the manager of finance, and his team somehow messed up the purchase in 5 different ways. This resulted in us still having our trade-in registered in our name 6 months later, still owing on our trade-in 2 months after the deal was done (while also owing on our new car), and our purchased maintaince service mysteriously being "turned off" by the oxmoor Hyundai finance department. However, the store got a new general manager and when I made a last effort to email the general and sales managers to tell them about our poor experience, the general manager reached out and spoke with me IN HIS OFFICE FACE TO FACE!!! He was very kind, helpful, prompt, understanding, and even got us in that very hour for an oil change that was placed on our service plan that he was able to get turned back on for us. He even gave me his cell number, should I have any more difficulties. Completely upset and unimpressed with service to begin with, but when I got to pass up the finance team to the the general manager, it really turned around. Jeff Sachs really cares about his customers and does a great job of showing it. The service recovery efforts did not go unnoticed, and we will probably even purchase our next SUV from oxmoor Hyundai, if he is still managing it. We love Hyundai vehicles, they've always been quality cars for us.
