I was impressed as soon as I entered the door to your beautiful new building and how clean it appeared. My experience was elevated even higher by Paul Risinger who introduced himself as my service advisor. In purchasing, too many people standing about doing nothing, playing with cell phones, not even addressing potential customers. In the delivery portion you caused destruction to me and my family that may take years to correct if ever! No-one knew how to correct it, constantly referred us to off-site support. They couldn't even spell my name correctly. Delivery people were untrained and inexperienced, lacking knowledge and experience about the cars and their controls, and even everyday common knowledge.

I recently purchased a 2026 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid from Oxmoor Hyundai and my experience with my salesperson Jon Courtney was excellent from start to finish. There was no high pressure sales tactics. The pricing was fair and explained completely until I understood the contract. I feel that the dealership gave me a fair trade for my trade-in. What stood out for me: 1.Jon providing the time to review and explain the vehicle and providing me with options. 2. Support staff thoroughly walked me through the functions of the technology and help me set up the basics to get started ( sorry I do not remember his name). I never felt rushed, even after I signed on the dotted line. 3. Financing was fair, seamless without pressure to purchase addition add-ons. The 1.9% rate was another selling point as was the 10 year/ 100,000 warranty. Finally, the car itself is a dream to drive. I will update this post after driving the Tucson for a few months. I would highly recommend Jon Courtney at Oxmoor Hyundai for your salesperson to help you find the Vehicle you want. I would also recommend that you check out the Tucson if you were interested in the Honda CRV or Toyota Rav 4. My field was narrowed between the three and overall for safety, reliability, value and comfort I found the Tucson the best SUV for me.

Jaelin Haggard is simply THE BEST!!! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new/newer vehicle! This location takes care of their customers!!

Great staff and great prices

I drove from Gallatin Tennessee because they gave me the best deal. Tre Huddleston was my salesman. He did a great job and even came in on his day off to help me. From the sale all the way to finance it was the best car buying experience I have ever had.
