My experience was elevated even higher by Paul Risinger who introduced himself as my service advisor. In purchasing, too many people standing about doing nothing, playing with cell phones, not even addressing potential customers. In the delivery portion you caused destruction to me and my family that may take years to correct if ever! No-one knew how to correct it, constantly referred us to off-site support. They couldn't even spell my name correctly. Delivery people were untrained and inexperienced, lacking knowledge and experience about the cars and their controls, and even everyday common knowledge.

Update. The dealership did contact me after initially sending me away in an attempt to make it right. They were able to work me in and offered a loaner vehicle while mine was being worked on. The initial interaction was still a big inconvenience, but I do appreciate them doing their best to correct the situation. Customer Service after that first interaction was excellent. Incompetent service department. Scheduled an appt for a repair. They called me to change the date as they couldn't do it on the date I originally selected. They gave me a number of date and time options that would work. I show up on the date selected and they have no record of the appt and couldn't get me back in for weeks. Drove 2 cars 30 miles each way to drop the one in need of repair only to turn around and drive back home due to total incompetence. I even had the phone number and name of the person that called me and record of the call. But they had no record of the change because they are incompetent. Oh did I mention the service was to correct the TONS of recalls for my 3 year old car, including defective seat belts. So I guess reliability is another area of incompetance.

This is our 8th new vehicle purchase from this dealership. My expectations were exceeded by Nick's professional manner in which he presented the deal. He worked very hard and we ended up putting a deal together with Hana Choi's involvement. We will be Back in about 30 months.

They were able to get my car in at the agreed upon schedule, and also informed they would take care of a safety recall while they waited for parts. While this began as a frustrating situation, I appreciate the effort put in by the business to make it right. I can only give my story, but hopefully no one has the same issue. My Hyundai Sante Fe took a software update one Thursday. After this, the car went into Limp mode. I called to make an appointment to get the car looked at, and the dealership said it would be at least 2.5 weeks to get the car looked at. That was unfortunate, but I figured I had no choice. The day before the appointment, I now get another text saying its going to be another 2 weeks. I can't take the care anywhere else as it will not run and Hyundai will only covering towing to the nearest dealership. Hyundai will not give a loaner as the car has yet to be diagnosed. So at this point they can push fixing my car out forever if needed and I am stuck without a vehicle. I have had car issues in the past, but never got the run around as much as I have with Hyundai. I totally regret buying the car at this point.

Christian Williams was great! Very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He did not pressure us and once we decided to purchase the vehicle he had it ready to go the next day on time just like we ask. Very efficient. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful.

In our lifetime, Ken Brown was the best salesman we have ever dealt with, by far. No comparison. My wife and I rarely purchase vehicles, and the process is very stressful and uncomfortable for us. When our oldest daughter recently started driving, we knew we needed to start the process of looking for and purchasing another vehicle for my wife. We visited multiple lots across the greater Louisville area, and while some lots were nice and friendly, none delivered the active listening, the patience and the partnership experience that Ken and the greater Oxmoor Hyundai team delivered. We drove home in a very nice Toyota Highlander last night and could not be happier. Do not waste your time going to any other location. If you are buying a vehicle, ask for Ken, and I promise you will be thankful you did.

I came back three times and he was always there to answer my questions! I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends. Kimmi got Dakota to help with the car insurance. He was so helpful and knowledgeable about insurance. Josh, the finance manager, explained the loan process and he helped me throughout the papers required. Trey, the technician explained the electronics in the car. His encouragement made me at ease and he told me to come back as needed. This team allowed me to have a positive experience in buying a new car. I would definitely recommend this team and Oxmoor Hyundai if you are wanting a positive experience in buying a car.
