In our lifetime, Ken Brown was the best salesman we have ever dealt with, by far. No comparison. My wife and I rarely purchase vehicles, and the process is very stressful and uncomfortable for us. When our oldest daughter recently started driving, we knew we needed to start the process of looking for and purchasing another vehicle for my wife. From Clint showing me the vehicle I wanted to Trey showing me the fancy new features I’d be dealing with. Quick easy and extremely hassle free. The online sales manager and sales person were great. They rushed the vehicle through service to have it clean and ready for me. When it came time to talk prices, the GM - Hana Choi- was aggressive, cold, and refused to budge one penny on the price listing of the vehicle. She ruined the experience for me. She claims you have to pay $600 for a special services fee for oil changes and services whether you need or want it. I live 3 1/2 hours away and will not be back in the area to ever utilize it. They stated they legally could not remove it, yet refused to lower the price of the vehicle by that amount or raise the amount of money they were giving for my trade in to make it fair. The GM then told me that they "already gave me more money for my trade in." Stating they gave me $1000 more for it than they should, when there was no prior negotiating on my trade price and it was the first and only offer they had given me for it. She made me feel threatened to take it or leave it, but they were not negotiating at all. It took many hours at the dealership to get everything squared away. My sales person was dealing with 3 sales at the same time and we had to keep waiting for our turn, making us feel like we were just a number and the sale was unimportant to them. Several locals at a nearby restaurant also told me that they are known for not negotiating at all and recommended going to Lexington to purchase a vehicle. Not sure if I would ever buy from here again.

At least you get the free maintenance right? Well that comes with a caveat of a minimum 2 hour wait time even when you schedule in advance for an appointment (i am not exaggerating here - 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation). Not a 5 star place, not a 1 star place. Be prepared and lower your expectations and you won't get disappointed. I wish they could do better, but their surveys ask you to contact them before submission if you have a problem so corporate doesn't get notified that there is one - again smh 🤷‍♂️

Great experience. Gage (Sales Person) was patient with all our questions and had us lined up and out the door with a new vehicle in a timely manner, even had red ribbon on our new car. Trey (Deliver Expert) went through all the vehicle features before we left and even wore white gloves while working through the screens, buttons, etc. We are still working through issues with Bluelink but the on-line help has been great.

I had an issue with a used car I purchased 6 months prior, The staff GM and sales representative went out of their way to make sure my experiance was wonderful and helped me out tremendously on a car that I purchased as is. I knew the risks when I purchased a used car as is however they still worked with me and put me in a Brand New Vehicle where the same issues would not happen again.
